HOW IT WORKS: Event Guides & Maps will be available at all Showcase Homes & Homeownership Fair sites. For Homeownership Fair locations click here. Use your Event Guide and Map to locate the featured Showcase Homes and plan your Personal Parade. Online at click here for an interactive map and list of all Showcase Homes to help you plan your personal Parade of Affordable Homes. Visit the Showcase Homes of your choice between 12 noon and 4 pm, on June 16th, 17th, 23rd or 24th to learn about the wide range of affordable options available to home buyers in the Puget Sound area.   In addition to the Parade, there are three Homeownership Fairs in Pierce, King, and Snohomish counties where you can learn about the home purchase process and collect information about resources available to you that can decrease the growing affordability gap in our region.   Each Homeownership Fair will also hold informative and unbiased 50-minute Homebuyer Orientations at 12:30 pm and 3 pm every day of the event.

All Showcase Homes and Homeownership Fairs, which will be marked by official Parade of Affordable Homes signs, will have staff that can stamp your Parade Passport. When you visit a minimum of four (4) Showcase Homes listed on the event Map as well as a Homeownership Fair of your choice, you can enter your stamped Passport into a daily drawing for a $1000 Shopping Spree from IKEA®.
